Modernizing workforce training verification and learner support
Arkansas AI-Verify modernizes the state’s workforce training verification infrastructure by transforming the traditional Eligible Training Provider List into an AI-powered verification and compliance platform.
By combining advanced AI tools with state, federal, and workforce datasets, the platform enables administrators to review training programs, verify regulatory compliance, and evaluate workforce alignment more efficiently and at greater scale, while also giving learners clearer support through the Pell Opportunity Engine.
Two connected systems supporting different parts of the workflow
NAC AIHub
NAC AIHub is the operational backbone of the Arkansas AI-Verify platform. It brings together state, federal, and workforce datasets into a single AI-assisted environment that supports program verification, accreditation review, and compliance monitoring. By integrating the Arkansas Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) into NAC AIHub, the platform allows state administrators and accreditation teams to review workforce training programs faster and with greater transparency.
Pell Opportunity Engine (POE)
The Pell Opportunity Engine (POE), developed by AristAI, focuses on the learner side of the workforce ecosystem. POE helps learners identify training pathways, understand funding options such as Pell and Workforce Pell, and receive step-by-step guidance through FAFSA preparation and verification readiness. Rather than submitting FAFSA applications on behalf of users, POE orchestrates the process with checklists, reminders, and advisor coordination to improve completion and persistence outcomes.
Built through partnership across AI, workforce, and program oversight
Arkansas AI-Verify is a collaboration between AristAI and the Arkansas Eligible Training Provider List program. The initiative integrates AI-driven evaluation tools with workforce training oversight systems to help state agencies manage expanded verification requirements introduced by Workforce Pell regulations.
AristAI
AristAI develops AI systems for workforce education, pathway planning, and funding readiness. Its Pell Opportunity Engine provides learner guidance, skills mapping, and funding orchestration designed to increase program enrollment, completion, and workforce alignment.
Arkansas Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) Program
The Arkansas ETPL program maintains the official list of workforce training programs approved for public workforce funding. Under the AI-Verify initiative, ETPL functionality is being transformed into a modern AI-powered verification system integrated within NAC AIHub.
Multiple data sources support verification, compliance, and workforce alignment
The platform integrates public and institutional datasets to evaluate workforce training programs, support program validation, and strengthen compliance review across agencies and operational teams.
Move into the workspace that matches your role
NAC AIHub supports verification, review, and operational decision-making. POE supports learner guidance, funding readiness, and coordinated progress toward FAFSA and program completion.
